Ansar Allah warns Israel, Trump warns Iran

There are different ways to warn a group or state that it is dooming its soul.

According to Yemen’s SABA news agency, demonstrators in Sanaa marched under the slogan “Steadfast with Gaza… We Confront American Escalation with Escalation.”

US
US Secretary of Defense Hegseth, sounding like a 16 year old yelling out of dad's car, issued the US threat:
US military strikes on Yemen’s Houthi militants will be “unrelenting” until the group stops shooting at civilian and military vessels in the Red Sea, Pentagon chief Pete Hegseth said on Sunday
Missing from Hegseth's posturing was that Israel was, again, blocking essential humanitarian aid to Palestinian women and children living in the rubble of Gaza created by the Israeli Occupation Force (IOF). Because of this, Ansar Allah had warned that they would again prevent and punish the genocide.
Ansar Allah had yet to restart their compliance with Yemen's signature to the Genocide Convention, by attacking Israel's economy via targeting Israeli shipping or its military, to punish it for its genocide. They were not, yet, Hegseth, "shooting" at anybody.
Hegseth continued:
This campaign is about freedom of navigation and restoring deterrence.
The population of Yemen who support Ansar Allah, as can be seen in the demonstrations which Ansar Allah called, know about "freedom of navigation". The US-Saudi war against them created the worst humanitarian disaster anywhere during the 7 year long war. The humanitarian disaster was caused by Saudi destruction of civilian infrastructure (water purification and treatment plants, hospitals etc.) using US weapons and US targeting data and by the US blockading Yemen's ports, preventing the delivery of food and other essential items.
Yemeni experience of this imposed suffering motivates their solidarity with their Palestinian Arab brothers and sisters. Palestinians are receiving the same suffering, another humanitarian disaster, at the hands of another US ally using US munitions and US (and UK) intelligence. This time it is Israel, and the genocide it is executing.
An example of the US-Saudi blockade, from 2022, read:
Essam al-Mutawakel, spokesperson of the Yemen Petroleum Company (YPC), tweeted on Tuesday, November 15, that one such ship named Red Ruby carrying thousands of tons of petroleum was detained and stopped from reaching the Hodeidah port by Saudi and US forces despite it having all necessary clearances by the UN verification and inspection mechanism (UNIVM) based in Djibouti.
Al-Mutawakel called the move by the US and Saudi Arabia “piracy,” which will “increase the suffering of the Yemeni people.”
The US is not a signatory to the UN Convention on the Laws of the Sea (UNCLOS). "Freedom of navigation" for the US means freedom of US naval action. Yemeni’s have their own understanding of what it means. The US does not join UNCLOS for the same reason Israel does not define its borders. Either would acknowledged that others have rights.
Your author knows of not one example of Ansar Allah attacking a vessel which was not scheduled to visit an Israeli port, had left an Israeli port, or was owned by an Israeli company or individual, potentially via shadow entities. If there was one such error by Ansar Allah, we would all have heard about it.
Ansar Allah have good intelligence. They have scrupulously targeted their punishment of Israel's genocide at Israel, in accordance with the Genocide Convention. They stopped their attacks on Israel's economy and military when humanitarian aid was provided to Gaza, after phase 1 of the ceasefire, now grusomely violated by Israel.
In tandem with Hegseth's fatuous threats, US President Trump issued a childish ALL CAPS rant via his Truth (TM) Social magazine threatening Ansar Allah and Iran:
Trump's threat came after text in which he stated that he had authorized the AFUS (Armed Forces of the United States) to restart the US-Saudi war on Yemen. Congress had not declared war on Yemen. The U.N. Security Council had not approved the unilateral violation of Yemen’s right to peacefully exist. The attacks which followed were an illegal act of war.
This US international crime was coordinated with Israel who restarted the military component of their international crime, their genocide of Palestinians in Gaza, Palestine.

One should expect the coordination of these campaigns of war crimes to be obscured in Western media, populated with and owned by Israeli and US Zionists.
Security From rather than Security Among
There is currently, wrote Alastair Crooke, based on monitoring Hebrew media, a battle for control of both the paradigm of Israeli security and the identity of the state which will emerge from it.
To follow the illogic of the ideological divide, one must begin by assuming the permanent victimhood narrative which is the founding mythology of Zionist Israel. The Nazi extermination of 15 million people predominantly in Germany and Poland was only about persecution of the European Jewry. The 9 million non-Jews, also massacred, were incidental. Notably, the 22 million, (80% of 27 million), civilian or prisoner of war Russians killed by the Nazi state do not figure in the narrative either.
The intentional meaning of the persecuted-eternal-victimhood mythology is that everyone is trying to kill Jews. The most important target audience are the Jews of Israel.
Following the creation of the Jewish state, its initial security strategy was a technologically advanced army with a large reservist contingent augmented by a powerful intelligence wing. It would deter aggression by threatening devastating responses in short conflicts. Its intelligence service would enable advanced notification and mitigation of threats.
Crooke described it as:
Israel’s classical security vision (dating from the Ben-Gurion era) was configured to provide an answer to the enduring Israeli dilemma: Israel cannot impose an end to conflict on its enemies, yet at the same time, it cannot maintain a large army in the long term.
Therefore, Israel – in this optic – had to rely on a reserve army that needed adequate security warning before any war occurred. Advance intelligence warning of coming war therefore, was a paramount requirement.
Because of the total failure of both intelligence to warn of, and the IDF to respond to, the Hamas (and Islamic Jihad) operation, Aqsa Flood, of October 7th 2023, many Israeli Jews believe this security strategy has failed. It must be revised.
The only possible revision, assuming the founding mythology that everyone is out to eradicate Jews, is to eradicate everyone else. According to Crooke, the source of this new security solution in Israel is coming from the more indigenous of the Jewish branches of its society, the Mizrahi. The Mizrahi are from the territory of the former Ottoman Empire, in southwest Asia and north Africa. Since the creation of Israel its state apparatus has been dominated by the Ashkenazi who came from western and eastern Europe.
The Israeli Deepstate
Currently, the Mizrahi believe the Israeli supreme court (High Court of Justice) has legally interpreted for itself the equivalent of constitutional powers. Israel has no constitution. These court self-awarded powers include annulling law from the parliament, or demanding legal justification for actions of the executive and thus delaying them. The court is, in the Mizrahi view, a part of a deep state including the national security apparatus, both of which have historically been controlled by the Ashkenazi.
The recent issue which elevated the visibility of the power struggle is Prime Minister Netanyahu's attempt to sack Ronen Bar, the head of Israel's internal security organisation, Shin Bet. Interestingly, Netanyahu is the only high ranking Israeli official to still survive the shocking victory by Hamas in their Aqsa Flood operation. Shin Bet has begun investigations into Netanyahu around events connected with Israel’s response to the Aqsa Flood operation.
In the US, a similiar battle between the executive and judicial branches of government has begun with Trump calling for a federal judge to be impeached for delaying, while seeking judicial review, his executive decision to deport immigrants.
Crooke estimates this internal division in Israel to be deep, dividing the population roughly down the middle. It could, he has speculated, lead to a civil war.
His reason for describing it was as a signal to the US administration. Trump's transactional approach to diplomacy may be entirely unsuited to achieving favourable outcomes when dealing with Israel. While the Ashkenazi approach to understanding and truth are through a western lens of rationality, still twisted by their mythology, the Mizrahi employ a religious model of revelation. In response to a Trump threat of ALL HELL, the Armageddon welcoming Mizrahi may well respond: "Bring it on!"
Their belief is that through the struggle of an almighty war will come their salvation.
Netanyahu is facing multiple legal crises. The constancy of an ever escalating war is his road to salvation too.
Bombing Bombed Mountains
Trump's US-Yemen war is a failure from the outset, as has been noted by many analysts including Scott Ritter, Mohammed Marandi and Bernard from Moon of Alabama. A child can see it.
After a 7 year war, and a 16 month long naval campaign of Operation Prosperity Guardian (nicknamed Papa's Garden, here), of bombing and bombing, Trump threatens to bomb Yemen again. How, exactly, is bombing a country, which the US has been bombing for a decade, a threat? It is as clear as daylight that Ansar Allah and their supporting population are not intimidated in the slightest.
Out on the water, Ansar Allah can attack vessels with $2000 drones while the US spends $1 million shooting each of them down. Any child can see the imbalance. A junior school kid could rattle off the 500:1 ratio quantifying the silliness.
Lt Col. Karen Kwiatkowski noted on Judging Freedom that Trump's threat, to blame Iran for Ansar Allah's actions, leads to the US being blamed for its "partner" Israel's genocide in Gaza. Project Yemen is a lose-lose from the get-go.
But, Kwaitkowski was not finished. Judge Napolitano described the two latest abuses of US residents by the US government for political speech. These are obviously at the behest of the Zionist lobby in the US. When asked to comment, the Lieutenant Colonel suggested that their brazen, constitutional illegality indicated a level of desperation on the part of the lobby, which in turn, reveals a desperation in Tel Aviv.
Fractures in Unexpected Places
Russia defeated NATO. The US has abandoned its EuroVassals. Trump is banging his head against Obama's failed war in Yemen while trying to rid himself of the loadstone of Project Ukraine. Israel is fighting itself for its soul while repressing all voices warning it of its suicidal path.
The real question for the Mizrahi, which follows from their proposed suicidal-genocidal security strategy, was posed by an Israeli child:
If we kill all of them, who do we become?
This exact insight was offered to the US citizenry in their Congress by one of its bravest members. She, after the crimes of 9/11, stood as the lone vote against the now notorious "Authorization for the Use of Military Force" (AUMF) legislation.
This is the legislation on which Trump relies to not be brought before the US Supreme Court. For the US Consitution is very clear on who can declare war.
Its not the president.

Barbara Lee is one of the few sensible people who has been in Congress in the past few decades. For the past 30-40 years it seems to be have become the exclusive preserve of the most corrupt, low-intelligence, ideologically rabid people in the country.
It was awful to see dunces like Kamala Harris and Hillary CLinton being pushed for the presidency supposedly to adance the cause of minorities including women, while a smart intelligent honest woman like Barbara Lee never had such a chance. Because she wasnt corrupt and she actually cared about people, not billionaires.
Its in this kind of idocracy that we end up with people like Trump and Hegseth in power. And probably worse than them before long.
