Domestic Presidential Assassinations: Resurgent Narrative Annoyances [Updated]

Oliver Stone has just released a documentary style revision of his quasi-fictional "JFK" from 1991 which examines the murder of USA president John F. Kennedy. He revisits the historical event based upon new information from researchers, with Douglas' "JFK and the Unspeakable" being significant, and memoirs from involved individuals and congressional releases and testimony.
The whole JFK story really is a dead horse. Nobody believes the fantastical story of a magic bullet, and anyone who has done any investigation knows that the autopsy and the Warren Commission were a pure cover up. The CIA even concocted the term "conspiracy theorist" to counter the public ridicule of the Warren Commission being overseen by the ex-director of the CIA whom JFK had fired as a part of his "shatter to a 1000 pieces and spread them to the winds" response to the CIA and other “establishment” bodies’ extremely dangerous geopolitical game playing.
The reason that the JFK story, his presidency and most importantly his conversion from playing the domestic political game into understanding the potential world cataclysm of a nuclear war and thus seeking a denouement to the Cold War, is so important is that underneath it, the pathology of the USA empire is exposed.
During Anya Parampil's interview with Oliver Stone (see sources for the video) a key point is both made by her and reinforced by Stone, that Kennedy betrayed his own "aristocratic" class. This to me, is the key point. He had already denied USA (regular) military to support the CIA blatantly illegal and idiotically planned Bay of Pigs operation, had also denied support to Operation Northwoods, and was planning on drawing down troops from both Vietnam and NATO in Europe. He was undermining plans by the monied elite to preserve "Pax Americana". It is all largely summed up by Maj.Gen. Smedley Butler in his "War is a Racket". "Confessions of an Economic Hitman" (see sources) by John Perkins that the whole thing was cooked from the beginning. The CIA and the DoD are essentially mafia enforcers for USA industry and the ruling families behind them.
The assassination was a crude tactic, but that is what raw power looks like. JFK, MLK, RFK, Malcolm X ... The persecution continues today under changed restrictions with Julian Assange, and many other journalists and whistleblowers (Greenwald, Snowden, Hale, Binney, Poitras, ... and many more in decades preceding them) exposing the underbelly of the methodology of those who qualify for the upper tier of justice. Severed heads standing on pikes around the village green as a terror.
The insanity behind the USA's elite is quite easily demonstrated by looking at Cuba. For 29 straight years, excepting 2020 due to CoVID things, the United Nations General Assembly has voted on a motion decrying the USA's financial and physical blockade of Cuba causing strife for its people and economy. The resolution has no legal teeth, but is always overwhelmingly carried. The two standout nations to vote against are the obvious, USA and Israel.
Why has this policy of strangulation continued against Cuba by the USA for the last 60 odd years? Which member of the USA's military establishment considers Cuba a "national security threat" on a military basis? Or on an economic basis? Or a political basis? Like, just what the hell is the threat? But, onwards the repression rolls, not due to any real threat, but due to little Cuba's defiance against the USA's "exceptionalism" and desired dominance. Ok. Clear as water.
The details behind the JFK assassination expose much dirty laundry. A little more “hidden history” and actual power politics are laid bare. Praise to Mr Stone for his tenacity in following the history and trying to inform his fellow citizenry. Us, on the outer reaches of empire, have known of this USA self-treachery for decades.
