The resolution was proposed by Russia and was also supported by China, Gabon, Mozambique, and the UAE. But the US, Britain, France, and Japan voted against the resolution. Six countries abstained: Albania, Brazil, Ecuador, Ghana, Malta, and Switzerland.
So, UK, France and Japan go down in infamy. Interesting choice by Brazil to abstain. But, the standout is Gabon siding with Russia, China and the UAE (and Mozambique). Recall the recent anti-Colonial anti-French incident in Gabon recently. I imagine the Gabon representative wanted to put his thumb on his nose and wave across the desk to his French counterpart :D

Hezbollah have blinded the IDF in the Golan Heights. They destroyed the radar installations and various network communications hubs. Crooke informs us that they've got 150 000 smart missiles. So, the IDF are waiting for the US second carrier group to help them with the other terrorists called, Hezbollah. This explains the attacks on the Syrian airports. One can play war-straegy-porn and consider destroying all of the second and third line and logistics support for the IDF Gaza invasion force. Imagine if the IDF can't be resupplied in a land with no water and can't retreat either and their being attacked by young Palestinians who have no fear of death because they believe they're going to die anyway. So, Israel could lose every single soldier they send into Gaza.
