If you were a one year old baby when your family saved you from the first phase of Israel's genocide against the resident, native population of Palestine, you would now be 78.

Gaza is a giant refugee/prison camp populated by descendants of those who fled the Nakba, born into a stateless, refugee status.

The U.N.'s International Court of Justice has ruled that Gaza is an occupied territory of the state of Palestine. Israel, the occupying power, has obligations to the residents of the occupied territory which it refuses to honor. Palestinian residents have a right to resist Israel's state forces confining and oppressing them, and denying them their rights to political independence.

Politicizing Aid

Tom Fletcher, U.N. Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs, implored the U.N Security Council to provide the life saving aid needed to minimize the mass starvation in Gaza which has already begun.

In the last article this newsletter noted the US State Department's announcement of the "Gaza Humanitarian Foundation", a newly constructed NGO which it declared it would be using to deliver aid to Gaza. The yet to exist "memorandum" to which the spokesperson, Tammy Bruce, directed reporters has now emerged. Within it are both the details of the individuals who constitute GHF (7 men) and its "plan" for aid delivery.

GHF proposes to establish 4 locations in the southwest of Gaza for aid distribution. The sites are being approved by the nation which is running the genocide, Israel. The aid distribution locations are to be used to again relocate the population into the southwest of Gaza.

The organisation external to Gaza, Palestine, with the greatest capacity to assist the starving Gazans is UNRWA, the UN Relief and Works Agency which has been assisting refugees created by the Nakba in Palestine and other regional nations for decades. Israel deliberately undermined this organisation, early into the latest phase of its genocide, by issuing evidence free claims of atrocity. These are consistent with the rest of its lies about other fake atrocities. The US and other western nations have supported Israel's delegitimizing of UNRWA, especially by defunding it.

These nations are now allowing genocidal Israel to control aid delivery through a newly constructed, and thus inexperienced, GHF, instead of using the best external organisation.

The internal organisation best able to effect aid distribution in Gaza is Hamas, the elected government of Gaza. This organisation has also been delegitimized by Israel and its agents in the political West.

These coordinated delegitimization efforts by Israel have created a vacuum in experienced aid delivery organisations over which Israel had little control. This allows Israel to influence replacement aid organisations.

Borders

Israel has no legitimacy asserting any influence over how or where humanitarian aid is delivered in Gaza. The land is in Palestine, not Israel. Israel is running the genocide, including blocking all forms of aid since March 2nd, which caused and is causing the starvation.

The US State Department's new construction for aid delivery, the GHF, is an agency to manage political influence over the humanitarian effort. It is sick. It is partnering with the evil behind the genocide.
