False Flag War Crimes?
An aviation strike was made on a "boarding school" building in Sudhza. Both Ukraine and Russia are pointing their fingers at the other as the cause of civilian casualties. The casualties are reportedly elderly who could not or chose not to evacuate when the AFU invaded Russia with international mercenaries. Russia claims that the AFU used HIMARS and released videos claiming to document their launch from within Ukraine. Russia additionally described the motive for the Ukrainian false flag attack as a counter to the war crimes which Russia has recently documented were committed by the AFU in other parts of Kursk.

Responsible Statecraft editors irresponsibily pillage Proud’s article with BS title

Ian Proud accurately pointed to the mangling of ideological desires to "weaken Russia" with excuses that Ukraine's mineral wealth could repay the gigantic loans which the West is using to further bankrupt their war-torn proxy. The whole idea is a sham.
Ukraine's mineral wealth is located in its east (Donbas) which is naturally where the Soviets built their industry. This, with civilian infrastructure investment to support the industry, created a higher population density which was also dominantly Russia speaking and Russian ethnic.
Consequently, when the Ukrainian neo-Nazi, US proxy threatened a genocide in Donbas and Russia responded with direct military and civilian aid, and invaded Kherson and Zaporozhye to secure its logistics, Russia began annexing the parts of Ukraine which contain its mineral wealth. Therefore, the theoretical 'mineral wealth' of Ukraine will not be Ukrainian when Western debts need servicing.
The real prize is the $300 billion of Russia's central bank foreign reserves stolen by Western financial institutions (Euroclear etc.). It is the 'real prize', for there is no other.
As this newsletter has repeatedly noted, central bankers don't like the idea of having their assets stolen. This is one of the strongest assets of BRICS, wherein nobody steals each others's central bank assets or places unilateral coercive measures (economic sanctions) on each other. BRICS is an escape from larceny and ideologically justified economic warfare.
