China always plays the long game so I imagine they’ll just sit back and watch everyone else descend into chaos and then emerge as top dog.
I concur. I feel that issue is more about morality and wisdom than IQ.
It was interesting to hear how frustrated Brian Berletic felt, having handed out the policy paper which spelled this path to a war with Iran, written 15 years ago. And still, people who he had expected would understand what he means by "continuity of policy" still embraced a hope that the "powers that should not be" would abandon their immoral strategies to preserve power.
