Banksters and Military Tech versus Peace and Trade

Preface

This longer (3500 word) article was prompted by recent comments in independent media, particularly by Alex Kraimer and his thesis of the structure of power behind the European colonial epoch. It is failing.

Introduction

International banking was created to finance the Crusades against the expansion of Islam. At around the same time, the Chinese discovered how make gunpowder.

Europe's history is of constant internal warfare.

As soon as it learned of China's discovery, it integrated artillery into its warfare. Interestingly, it was a Hungarian who aided the Turks in constructing the first cannons used in European warfare, in 1453 when they conquered Constantinople (now Istanbul), the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire.

Europe's industrial revolution was instantly applied to it warring. Both industrialization and its mass warfare require international banking to fund them.

Alex Kraimer expressed his thesis of the amoral rule of the last half a millennium of the European colonialists on Dialogue Works. It could be summarized as the control of banking and military technology on top of the ancient strategy of divide and rule.

The thesis is further examined below in light of recent events.

Ideologues, Sycophants and Careerists

On "Counter Currents", Larry Johnson interviewed Col. Douglas Macgregor about his life and career, and especially his limited role in US President Trump's first term. Macgregor related that Trump wanted the US military out of Afghanistan, Syria and Europe. Macgregor attempted to assist in the former.

Macgregor described the complete lack of understanding of the operational structure of the executive branch within Trump's first administration. Incompetence would be an understatement. They had no idea how to operate the US government.

Macgregor was requested to draft an executive order for a program to withdraw US forces from Afghanistan. It specified a 60 to 90 day period. The timing was based on Macgregor's discussions with active military there and confirmed his instinct: withdraw in winter.

Detail was removed from Macgregor's draft order. When the culled version was signed "all hell broke loose". In essence, the "checks and balances" within the government designed by the "framers", as the US name the educated, slave owning colonialists who drafted their constitution, came into effect. Senators turned up at the White House and under secretaries were shocked. Eventually, Trump was dissuaded from pursuing his goal.

Our lesson is not about Trump, but that the power of a US President is limited by the structure of the government, and more importantly, the people within it.

Careerists can, as Macgregor noted, be taught a lesson by a President firing those who refuse to follow instruction. Clearing sycophants requires a clearer understanding of them than seems present either in President Trump or in US government departments. More pernicious are the ideologues who profit from the largesse of organised political lobbies. Among these lobbies are the well known Military Industrial Complex (US-MIC) and Zionists (including fundamentalist Christians and Jews).

Larry Johnson provided a good example of the types of sycophantic trash produced by careerists who issue "policy" advice pleasing to the agendas of the lobbies which fund them. An article was published in Foreign Policy, the journal of the Council on Foreign Relations, written by Michael Klimmage the Director of the Kennan Institute at the Wilson Center in Washington D.C. and recipient of degrees from Oxford and Harvard.

Reality is easily transcribed into Klimmage's profitable projection by flipping the nouns:

This think-tanker issued sycophantic lies to reinforce an out of date Cold War ideology for his own financial benefit.

Organising

Ralph Nader has saved more lives than can be known. It was he who organised the political and legal pressure to force US car manufacturers to install seat belts in their vehicles. Nader has been writing for years about political action: how citizens can act to influence the structures of the US government to achieve policy objectives.

Judge Napolitano interviewed him (see Sources) recently following the publication of Nader's latest book on the topic.

Nader acknowledged the efficacy of the Zionist lobby. It includes, Nader noted, 300,000 people contributing to achieving the policy outcomes they advocate.

Ukraine

The introduction's ideas of banking and advanced armaments industry are illuminated by the US/NATO war versus Russia in Ukraine. The role of covert operatives and the media as key perception management tools is highlighted.

As readers of this newsletters know, the war started only months after the US State Department's 'Toria Nuland selected government was installed in Ukraine after the US had spend $5 billion funding a "popular" coup (color revolution). The "muscle" for the coup was provided by groups of Ukrainian ultra-nationalist (neo-Nazis who lionize Stephan Bandera, a Nazi collaborator who oversaw the murder of over a hundred thousand people in Ukraine).

The start of the war was an "anti-terrorism" military operation declared by the US controlled Ukrainian government against its own people in the Donbas. This started only a few months after the coup. Donbas citizens had rejected the unelected government which had immediately demanded that all interaction with it must be in Ukrainian, effectively outlawing the mother tongue of the Donbas residents, Russian.

8 years of attempts by Russia to resolve the conflict politically via the U.N. Security Council were denied by France, Germany and Ukraine. The civil war was maintained by undermining the unanonymously U.N. Security Council approved Minsk Accords. The then leaders of France (Hollande) and Germany (Merkel) later admitted to this. They knowingly facilitated the 8 year period of the civil war to arm and train the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the profit of the US-MIC and the pleasure of Cold War ideologues. By the time at which Russia was forced to respond, Ukraine had the largest army in Europe.

The provocation of a twenty-fold increase in shelling in a few days in February 2022 convinced the Russian Federation that a major assault on the self-declared republics of Donetsk and Luhansk was imminent. Russia's Duma voted overwhelmingly to support the Donbas republics by recognizing them and signing a treaty of aid. Russian Federation President Putin announced the Special Military Operation (SMO) to support the Donbas, which by this stage included a large number of Russia citizens who had obtained dual citizenship defending the Donbas.

Under the SMO the Armed Forces Russian Federation (AFRF) invaded Zaporozhye and Kherson to secure logistics via the oblast of Crimea which had ejected Ukrainian security forces and voted overwhelmingly to rejoin Russia in a bloodless rejection of the unelected, ultra-nationalist Ukrainian government in 2014.

The AFRF joined the front lines in the Donbas and made a dramatic push for Kiev after having landed paratroopers on its outskirts.

The intended political pressure worked. Zelensky agreed to negotiations within in 3 days. One of Ukraine's negotiators was murdered during the initial discussions in Belarus, probably by members of internal security organisation (the SBU) who wanted the war with Russia and/or could not tolerate the federated political freedom which a settlement would have given for the two Donbas oblasts (aka the Minsk Accords). Negotiations were restarted in Istanbul after the Belarus process collapsed.

The SBU features repeatedly below. It is supported by the CIA and MI6. The US installed head of intelligence called the both western “intelligence” agencies on the day he was appointed. Please transcribe SBU as SBU/CIA/MI6.

As war settlement negotiations progressed, the Bucha massacre was staged, again almost certainly by the SBU. Corpses were trucked in from the fronts and distributed in the town. It is very likely that local citizens, who had collaborated with the occupying AFRF before it withdrew, were also murdered. Footage of the combination of staged massacre and probable murders was created and distributed in Western media. No independent investigation of the event has ever been conducted. No names of the deceased have been released.

Dual Chilean/US citizen and independent commentator Gonzalo Lira, who was living in Ukraine at the time of the start of the SMO, provided expert commentary on the Bucha footage using his background in cinema. The footage was lit. A film crew took at least some of it. An independent French journalist provided the details of the trucked in corpses. The town’s mayor confirmed that the AFRF had left before the scene was created.

British Prime Minister Boris Johnson visited Kiev to convince Zelensky to fight on with unending support, or all NATO support would be withdrawn. Johnson also betrayed Zelensky. He promised NATO soldiers. They came, but as mercenaries, covert operatives or un-uniformed technical assistants (to operate much of the precision NATO military hardware).

A year later, the US Intelligence Leaks revealed that Ukraine was losing 8 soldiers to 1 Russian in the war. Statistically, things have only worsened for Ukraine. It has lost 28% of its population (12 of 42 million) to emigration and 25% of its territory. Its economy is shattered. Its assets have been sold to and through those international banks.

Russo-phobia

The intend outcome was for this to happen to Russia.

The wet dream of the Cold Warriors and banksters was the dismemberment of Russia into many smaller states which could be politically infiltrated and played one against the other. Irrespective of the failure, the US-MIC and its investors have made colossal amounts of dirty money. The US government has gifted them around $120 billion of tax-payer money.

$260 billion US dollars of Russia Central Bank assets are sitting in frozen accounts in Western international banks. The interest on this capital has already been stolen by the EU under Ursula van der Lyen as a contribution towards the war which the major EU states of France and Germany helped start and have been arming.

Van der Lyen and other EU bureaucrats are working on another $600+ billion Euro slush-fund for a European military industrial complex (an EU-MIC).

This is the system to which Kraimer was alluding: war and banks.

Wars are costly. Banks fund them where profits are to be made. There are astronomical profits available purchasing assets from destroyed nations at fire sale prices. Evidence of exactly this profiteering can be seen in the unpublished annexes to Britain's "100 Year" partnership agreement with Ukraine and the "Mineral's deal" between the US and Ukraine.

The military-tech/wars/banks system is a little more involved. Indebting nations lead by corrupt politicians using international banks (i.e the International Monetary Fund), as John Perkins detailed in "Confessions of an Economic Hitman", is a preferred method. But, wars need to be fomented to keep the military industries fed. Col. Lawrence Wilkerson descibed the annual amount of feeding for the US-MIC as $50 billion. The wars are also the testing grounds for the armaments industries' newer deadly technologies. This is how they get to write “battle tested” on their products.

Lawless covert operatives who work for government "intelligence" departments create the crimes to be reported by a happily ignorant and feckless, or complicitly corrupt media. Those media feed the essential emotional propaganda to voters whose elected leaders facilitate the racket.

The Bucha massacre is a prime example of this. It was required to justify Zelensky's rejection of peace for the minds of the media's target audience — the West.

Iran

Larry Johnson correctly summarized the state of negotiations between the US (on behalf of Israel) and Iran over Iran's nuclear enrichment program:

Zero nuclear weapons = we DO have a deal
Zero nuclear enrichment = we do NOT have a deal

Iran does not want nuclear weapons. Its religious leadership have issued a prohibition (fatwa) against them. Israel already has them.

Iran wants civilian nuclear energy, and nuclear isotopes for medicine. Israel already has these.

Iran signed the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). This is the established international legal framework for a nation to develop civilian nuclear technologies. The JCPOA agreement signed by US President Obama (and the leaders of the other parties) was entered into by Iran to obtain economic sanctions relief from the US while developing civilian nuclear technologies under the NPT framework.

No sanctions relief has ever been provided by the US. Trump unilaterally withdrew the US from the JCPOA during his first term. Promised externally provided enriched Uranium were never provided, so Iran developed the capacity itself.

The current "negotiations" are nothing more than international bullying by the US to support its failing status as the hegemon and to secure Israel's equivalent position regionally.

To force these discussions the US is threatening Iran with war, a total abrogation of its commitments to peace as a member of the U.N. and permanent member of its Security Council.

The US is running this ruse while Israel is:

running a genocide against Palestinians
running a war against Palestine
annexing Lebanon
annexing Syria
attacking Yemen

There are negotiations happening. Perhaps maneuvering is a better phrase.

They are between the political leadership of Israel and the US. Genocidaire-in-Chief, international war criminal and Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu wants the US to spend more tax payer money on running an illegal and extended military operation against Iran. Israel's goal is to remove the last regional power not compliant to Western and Israeli political control. US motivations include control of Iran's oil resources, specifically to be able to deny them to China.

The program Israel is running has been known to the Pentagon since 2001. The public learned of it in 2006 on Democracy Now! when General Wesley Clark described the "7 nations in 5 years" war planning of which he had been informed only days after the 9/11 crimes.

A Cataclysmic Ukraine

In this author's opinion, the war against Iran cannot be run.

Iranian military capabilities have been proven in its True Promise I and II responses to Israel's attack on its embassy in Damascus and the Israeli assassination of Hamas political representative Haniyeh in Tehran on the evening of Iranian President Pezeshkian's inauguration.

For any gulf nation which is involved in, assists or facilitates an attack on Iran, Iran will respond by destroy its oil production infrastructure.

Iran can close the straights of Hormuz instantly, by scuttling old ships there, or sinking any ship which attempts to pass a blockade. This would stop 20% of the world's oil trade.

At its narrowest, the straight is 21 (nautical) miles wide. The international agreement on territorial waters is 12. Thus, half of the straight is Iranian national territory. To defend its sovereignty, Iran can and will close both halves.

This would collapse the Western international financial system by raising energy prices through the roof. Trillions of dollars of derivatives are waiting to to explode. Prices would skyrocket.

Most importantly, US military leadership knows it will suffer catastrophic loses to its personnel and facilities in the region. They have done the war games. The losses in a war with Iran will create the conditions for insane members of Congress to call for the use of nuclear weapons. Against a non-nuclear state. On behalf of a nation running a genocide.

A Madman at the Wheel

In the midst of this threat matrix negotiations theatre, Netanyahu has threatened to launch a multi-day campaign of attacks on Iran. Should the psychopath order this, Iran's IRGC has announced it will respond forcefully.

The madman's purpose is not to achieve much via an attack, but to trigger Iran to respond. Western media will characterize the situation as an unprovoked attack against Israel by Iran. This will be used to drum up support for the US to respond. This leads to the above presented cataclysm.

Psychotic Netanyahu is holding a loaded gun to the head of the US President. At the same time, as presented further above based on comments by Col. Macgregor, Trump has limited options.

Recall the last time Israel rehearsed at attack on Iran. A member of the intelligence community leaked the details of the rehearsal, learned from classified satellite observation. US intelligence knows whether the Israeli threat is real or not.

The results of that "attack" by Israel, supported by US re-fueling aircraft and intelligence data, were that Israel fired off a few missiles no closer than 70 Km from Iranian airspace and "bugged out". Their jets notified the Israeli pilots them that they had been "radar locked", already.

4 Iranian military personnel at an air defense site were martyred.

Since then, Russia has assisted Iran with the installation of more advanced radar detection, air defence and jamming systems. Any aerial attack on Iran will suffer losses of aircraft. For a small nation like Israel, those losses would be serious.

In conclusion, the psychopath, is also cornered. He cannot attack Iran without losing control of his military. A significant number of senior Israeli military officers have already issued statements of political opposition to the way in which the genocide is being run. An attack on Iran by Israel would almost certainly result in a serious loss for the Israeli airforce. Iran's response would reinforce that loss.

To continue to rule, the Israeli Prime Minister can only continue Israel's genocide of Palestinians. That ongoing crime is ripping Israel apart.

Returning to the sycophants and careerists, Robert Inlakesh has been providing excellent reporting on the US and Israeli engineered chaos in southwest Asia. Below another example of just how craven and ill informed the military funded US "Think Tank" echo chamber is:

"Dana Stroul, a former Biden official now at WINEP, has argued that Iran’s current weakness presents an opportunity for military action. Her view echoes a growing consensus across Washington’s think tank circuit: that Tehran is vulnerable, and now is the moment to strike."

Stroul is wrong. Her war mongering rhetoric is dangerous and will be rewarded by the lobbies which pay for it. The system needs wars.

Yemen

The attack by Ansar Allah against Saudi Arabia which forced Muhammed bin Salman to sue for peace was a precision attack on a Saudi oil facility. A line of four domed oil storage constructions were pierced in exactly the same place.

This provides an insight into the changes which been happening in missile technology which are leaking beyond the confines of the Western military industrial complexes. The core tech changes are guidance and targeting. Guidance is a mixture of GPS and inertial (gyroscope) position awareness. Targeting has changed to using visual sensors on approach rather than just target coordinates.

Real-time image processing is the main feature. This is how the repeated, exact position of impact on the four oil storage domes can be explained.

There is an important cost factor in this. Trump recently commented that he learned that Iran produces fast, accurate, effective drones for 30 to 40,000 dollars a piece. When he asked the US-MIC for the same they came back with a price tag 1,000 times that (30 to 40 million dollars).

The loss of control of technology and the exorbitant prices which the Western military complexes charge for their weapons is undermining the Western colonial method of forcing political compliance on its adversaries. The adversaries can fight back without requiring Western banks or Western weapons.

BRICS

The BRICS+ group and the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) are fora for international discussions of policies between nations which have been politically, financially and militarily abused by the once dominant Western international system. They have built financial structures to facilitate trade and investment outside of the Western systems from necessity. The eternal financial sanctions regime, including removing nations from SWIFT, run by the political West has force this upon them. The leading nations, China and Russia, have advanced technology and manufacturing capacity. They also have extensive natural resources. China has the largest economy.

The intersection of the two groups, especially China, Russia and Iran, are coordinating their international diplomacy and policies to counter the abuse they receive from the West (including Israel).

Their Western counterparts are in disarray. The lead nation, the US, is being led by a divided administration which is partially trapped by an out-of-date ideology and ill-informed lobbies invested in the outdated control structures of their failing hegemony. The other half of that administration understands the changes that are occurring but has no consistent policy to respond to it.

Their allies in Europe are also divided. Half are trapped in the same ideological bind. The other half recognize the change but are cowed. They are also, as yet, unable to effectively respond. The van der Lyen, Starmer, Macron & Merz militarists are leading their block down a dead-end path which will bankrupt their nations and further deteriorate their economies.

Israel is destroying itself.

A World of Possibilities

There is a simple solution to this horrid state of affairs. End the wars. Invest in society. Return to trading in goods and services which people want and need. Accept that we are all stuck on this one beautiful planet. Plan for co-existence.
