Happy 75th, NATO
Don't let the false flag trip you on the way out

The North American Treaty Organisation is celebrating its 75th birthday. Let’s review some recent successes.
20 odd years ago NATO's leader, the US, installed a government of its liking in Afghanistan with the military support of NATO nations. The installed government came crashing down when the local population defeated NATO's foreign forces while the local ones they'd trained refused to defend the invaders. For the years previous the US had used their puppet government to launder billions of USD in government contracts, as documented in the SIGAR reports. At the fall of the puppet government, its leader fled the country with suitcases full of cash.
Following NATO's imposition of a "no fly zone" over Libya which saw local leader Muammar al-Gaddafi murdered, open slave markets appeared.
The three leading members of NATO, US, UK and France attacked Syria with missiles without UN Security Council approval, an illegal act of international aggreesion. This was justified based on claims that the Syrian government had used chemical weapons to attack its own people months after those chemical weapons were destroyed aboard a US ship in the Mediterranean Sea. The Douma incident was filmed by people in groups funded by the UK's Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO, its "state department", which like the US is linked to its military intelligence organisation, MI-6). The US then had the UN chemical watchdog, the OPCW, re-write its report on the event to ensure that it hinted that a chemical attack may have happened, when in reality there was none. It was an event staged by the insurgents that at least the US and UK were funding, and the CIA and US Department of Defense was training and arming.
The US and France's efforts to support a band of African nations in the Sahel fighting terrorism were so inept that Mali, Burkina Faso and Niger have all forced the armed forces of both NATO leading member states to leave. The local security is now managed by local forces with support from the Russian Federation.
Following the US coup in Ukraine in 2014, coordinated by Victoria Nuland, the installed government included persons representing corrupt ultra-nationalist oligarchs who supported neo-Nazi organisations. The installed government moved Nazi iconography adorned militias into the national army and began an 8 year long civil war against the Russian ethnic population in eastern Ukraine in the Donbas under the cover of an "anti-terrorist" operation. Russia's efforts to find a political solution to the conflict, the Minsk II Accords, were undermined by NATO member state political leaders Hollande (France) and Merkel (Germany) to allow further arming of the Armed Forces of Ukraine by the US. At the point at which shelling of dominantly civilian targets in the Donbas increased by a factor of 20, signifying the beginning of a major offensive, Russia was forced to provide direct military support to the people of the Donbas. By this time, a significant number of them held dual citizenship.
Russia's assistance of Donestsk and Lugansk in the Donbas came with Russia's invasion of Kherson and Zaporozhe, making the Special Military Operation also an invasion. This provided NATO with the justification it needed to fight the war with Russia which it had been provoking for 8 years. NATO leader, the US, colluded with the UK to undermine a peace settlement to the war, 5 weeks into it, proving that they wanted the war to continue.
NATO has demonstrated its military prowess by losing the war despite hundreds of billions of dollars of armaments and the use of all of its satellite and other surveillance and reconnaisance platforms. Ukraine has not only lost the war but also lost an entire generation of its youth due to deaths in the war and emmigration, approximately half of it to Russia.
NATO's success is not military. Its success is the manifestation of US President Eisenhower's "Military [Congressional] Industrial Complex". NATO has succeeded as a "defense complex" which infests the political leadership of its member states, especially via its US-UK, 5-EYES, 9-EYES and other military intelligence networks.
Since the crimes of 9/11, NATO has succeeded in killing millions of people world wide to the profit of a limited group of wealthy individuals to the detriment of both the local populations in which it has run its wars, and the populations of the member states by diverting tax payer revenues to projects which benefit industrialists and large corporations.
To quote US Marine Corps Major General Smedley Darlington Butler, War is a Racket.
