Resistance: Hezbollah, like Hamas, is an Impervious Idea

The Zionists are losing the plot again, cornered by their own depravity.

The lies and deception being issued by Israel do not stop, just as their murdering of children has been a constant this last 11 months. Zionist pilots killed another 35 Lebanese children yesterday. The Zionist political rhetoric for their latest crimes is "de-escalation via escalation". War is peace to them.

The Mossad pager and walkie-talkie attacks had no practical affect on Hezbollah's armed forces. They don't use them. Hezbollah's core internal communications network is fibre optic. It has been since the early 2000s. The victims of Israel's electronic devices terrorism were civilian. Many of those victims were medical professionals who had their hands blown off or were blinded. This is Zionist Israel's "advanced" military, its terrorism.

The guesswork being indulged in Western media as to the timings and motives of the electronics based terrorist attack on the civilian population of Lebanon is irrelevant to them or Hezbollah. They are dealing with the reality of being murdered by the state military of their immoral, genocidal southern neighbour.

Hezbollah increased the range of their "dumb" rockets, being fired from launchers buried 19m below the surface, from 40 to 60 Km. Those missiles are now damaging industrial and logistical facilities in Haifa. Israelis in nearby towns feel threatened. 2 million Zionists are using shelters. Israel's government is theoretically attempting to create the security to encourage 60 000 settlers to return to the north (Syrian land). The result is millions more Israelis living in fear. Hezbollah's advanced missiles remain unused, deep under ground.

Israel is bombing southern Lebanon. Alastair Crooke stated that much of their targeting is based on the machine learning (AI) processing of surveillance footage which identifies "movement". Hezbollah is well aware of this. Since the 2006 war it has been using decoys to confound its enemy's targeting.

Since yesterday Israel launched a myriad of air strikes targeting alleged Hizbullah firing positions in civilian areas of mostly south Lebanon. Over the day some 400 [492+] people in Lebanon have been killed and nearly 2,000 have been wounded. Hundreds of thousands [of] people living in south-Lebanon have fled or are fleeing northwards.

Israel has declared that Hezbollah is “firing missiles from civilian homes” in southern Lebanon to justify its bombing of houses.

Hezbollah are not so stupid or cavalier as to store dangerous and valuable munitions in homes or basements. It has deep, secure, storage facilities.

Lebanese from the south have withdrawn to increased security in the north while Israel is running its latest wave of terrorist attacks. The Lebanese are used to this. They have been living under the threat of Israel and its real attacks for decades. Israel's pathetic theory is the same as last time; that by killing civilians the Lebanese will pressure Hezbollah to make some deal. This is fanciful. It is not a strategy, but an excuse to murder more Arabs.

Hezbollah will respond within their "escalation management" system. Israel's biggest lie is by omission. They do not admit that they are fighting a sophisticated, well armed and trained organisation in Lebanon populated with intelligent political and military officers.

Israel illegally assaulted an Al Jazeera office in the Palestinian Occupied Territory of the West Bank. Al Jazeera was invited by the legitimate government of the territory, the Palestinian National Authority. The lawless Zionists welded the door shut after having forced the journalists from their place of work. The settler colonial state has banned its media from reporting on anything in the north to deceive its population. The attack on Al Jazeera was to further this deception, to hide the truth. It will only partially succeed. Israel will certainly not be able to hide the civilian targeted attacks, their terrorism, that they are inflicting on the people of Lebanon.

Cornered by Depravity

One should ask, of the two sides, which is the more desperate? Or, to re-use Gozstola's headline, who is losing the narrative?

As Alastair Crooke also related, every officer in Hezbollah has an obligation, a duty, to train their replacement. This is even true of Hasan Nasrallah. There will be no degradation of Hezbollah via assassinations. Hezbollah's military tactics and default strategies are known throughout its command structure. Even with a total assassination of the leadership, the lower ranks will continue with its methods and processes. Israel knows this. They are killing Arabs because that is what they do. Hezbollah, like Hamas, is an idea: resistance. It cannot be "defeated".

The Zionists need the US to send its sons and daughters to die for them. Hezbollah know this. It partially explains Hezbollah's "escalation management". The other side of this strategy it to force the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) to keep fighting, to force them into a conflict for which the IOF is not designed: a war of attrition. Netanyahu thinks that within the US selection season he can force the US to sacrifice its youth. Nasrallah will not assist Netanyahu in achieving his aim.

Recent visits by US CENTCOM's Gen. Kurilla to Tel Aviv were for him to deliver a warning to Israel's Zionist political leadership to not begin a ground war in Lebanon —the US military does not wish to participate. It sees its own and the IOF's limitations.

As Israel runs its latest campaign of international terrorism it is destroying itself, precisely as Ammar Al-Moussawi, Hezbollah's Director of International Relations, informed Dimitri Lascaris months ago.

The only way for the population of Israel to live in safety in the region is to stop terrorizing the local people. They will not leave.
