Eli from Russia was awesome. I really, really needed a break from my routine & research, and she was perfectly wonderful and right on time. But same with your work--so wonderfully atypical compared to almost everyone else I must read--how naturally hilarious you are dealing with the background crickets (not crickets, but starts with a c??) and of course the commercial airplanes coming and going on top of how well you "handle" all the tragedy in the world. Good stuff. I love to save your work for last, usually, otherwise I'd probably have nightmares and never sleep. Seriously.
