Lesson: One should never believe a single word stated by a government or military official of Israel.
Israel’s mission is terror. Their information war on perception is a key element of this. The Zionists attack children, women and civilians. They assassinate political leaders. They do not fight Hezbollah, because they know they will be humiliated.
“At the moment, there are no incursions by the Israeli Defense Forces into southern Lebanon. There were intermittent incursions last night, but they have returned to normal, so the Israeli forces are not inside Lebanese territory at the moment,” UNIFIL spokesman Andrea Tenenti told Sputnik.
UNIFIL are the UN peace keeping force stationed in southern Lebanon established on 1978-03-19.
“All Zionist claims that [Israeli] occupation forces have entered Lebanon are false,” Hezbollah media official Muhammad Afif told Al Jazeera, adding there have been no “direct ground clashes between resistance fighters and occupation forces.”
A Lebanese military source told AFP, “We have not observed any penetration by Israeli enemy forces into Lebanese territory.”

On the ground in Lebanon
On 2024-09-30 at 23:03 GMT Al Jazeera reported that the Israelite Army stated that it began a "ground operation in southern Lebanon". One expeditionary arm of the Israelite Occupation Forces (IOF) has invaded Lebanon while another is still running a genocide in Gaza, Palestine.
The invasion followed almost a year of attacks on Lebanon. The Lebanese side of the previously limited war was managed by the late Secretary General of Hezbollah, Nasrallah. He was murdered by the IOF with several hundred other civilians on the Friday preceding the Monday invasion. The IOF used 86 2,000 lb. JDAM “bunker” buster bombs to destroy 6 high-rise appartment buildings. The assassination followed two Zionist terrorist attacks which injured and killed Lebanese civilians by remotely exploding pagers and then walkie-talkies. These terror attack enabled devices were supplied to Lebanon by a Mossad front company in Hungary which built the devices with the explosives in them, coded to detonate upon receipt of a signal.
Mossad and the IOF have also assassinated several high level officers of Hezbollah’s milita during 2024.
The limited war before Israel's invasion, with data to September 20th 2024 according to Al Jazeera Labs, comprised 8 313 Zionist attacks on Lebanon, with 1 901 attacks by Hezbollah on Zionist military targets. The IOF killed 752 people; Hezbollah 32.
Hezbollah
The Hezbollah Shia militia evolved under Nasrallah's leadership. It became an important political party in Lebanon. It maintained its militia while also representing its electorate in the Lebanese parliament and providing social services in Lebanon.
Hezbollah's sole military objective is recovering the small territories stolen from Lebanon by Israel during the previous wars which the IOF has waged against it. Politically, Hezbollah wishes for the elimination of Israel which has been oppressing its and other Arab peoples since the Zionists were given Palestinian land by the Western powers in 1948.
Israel's current, reprehensible, amoral, Zionist leadership are helping Hezbollah achieve its political wishes and drawing the US, Israel's guardian, into Israel's political defeat.
The IOF is to be praised for sending soldiers into Lebanon, rather than cowardly murdering Lebanese civilians from Lebanon’s skies. The Zionists have shown some chutzpah! They wish to test themselves against Hezbollah's discipline after the recent attacks which they believe have weakened the party and/or its militia. The Zionists have chosen to fight Hezbollah on its territory, on terrain it knows and has prepared.
Israel cannot survive any large war in the region without the US fighting for it. For this reason the political dimension of Israel's campaign will determine its outcome. These considerations involve not only Israel, the US and Lebanon, but other local nations like Syria, Iraq, Iran, Egypt and Turkey, the Gulf Monarchies, and international super-powers including China and Russia.
Genocide
Hundreds of scholars of international law described Israel's military campaign from October 2023 in Gaza as a "textbook genocide". The International Court of Justice, if it wishes to preserve its legitimacy, can only judge that the plausible genocide case before it meets the legal definition of genocide. This is the essential legal background, irrespective of whatever narratives are being issued by the Israelite Zionists or their US Zionist guardians. That the ICJ has judged the genocide case "plausible" justifies all efforts which have been made to impede it, for the Genocide Convention requires signatories to "prevent" a genocide. This implies that they must act as soon as there is good reason to believe that a genocide is occurring. There can be no better "good reason" than the ICJ ruling that the case is "plausible" and having hundred of experts describe it as "textbook".
All of the attacks by anyone against military targets in Israel are totally justified. Now that Israel has invaded Lebanon, Hezbollah has further. unnecessary justification for continuing to attack the IOF and its assets.
Law and Politics
On what international legal basis can the US justify its continued assistance of Israel? There are none. Israel is commiting the crime of crimes, genocide, and the supreme crime, an extra-territorial war.
The US is not only breaking international law, but its own. When US Secretary of State, Zionist Anthony Blinken lied to the US Congress denying that Israel was blocking humanitarian aid to Gaza, he contradicted two reports by US government humanitarian aid agencies. The Zionist had to do this, because US law prohibits its executive government from providing military aid to a nation which blocks humanitarian aid. Should a Federal Court judge rule that the aid-blocking reports are valid, it will trigger a desperate response by the executive. Presidential Candidate and Vice President Kamala Harris may be found leading a criminal government during her election campaign. Good job, Blinkenlights!
Outside of the US, which believes itself exceptional and the indispensable nation, the rest of the world is watching. The US unsinkable aircraft carrier in southwest Asia is sinking economically.
Attacks by Yemen's Ansar Allah on Zionist shipping continue to weakening Israel's economy. Hezbollah's attacks on the IOF in northern Israel caused Zionists to flee to the south. 60 000 people were dislodged from employment. They are an 11-month, and ongoing expenditure. The largely reservist IOF has removed a sizable proportion of Israel's workforce from the economy as the IOF has been executing its genocide.
Moody’s, the debt-assessing agency, dropped Israel’s credit rating from A2 to Baa1. This is a cut of two notches, a not-unserious downgrade.
Israel cannot afford the invasion of Lebanon either financially or diplomatically. The genocidal nation has been described as a strategic liability to the US by numerous insightful observers for decades, Col. Lawrence Wilkerson among them. The clarity of the liability now stands before all elements of the US government.
The US is about 35 trillion USD (US dollar) in debt. Its most profitable corporations pay little tax in the US. Its employment program, the Military Industrial Complex, produces a lower rate of employment than just about any other industry. These are minor problems compared to the flight of international trade from the USD. The BRICS group is economically stronger than the G7, in purchasing-power-parity. It now conducts more internal trade in non-USD currencies. That trend is continuing and the association in growing at such a rate that it is pausing new membership.
The US, with EU assistance, has been paying the wages of the Ukrainian government for two years. Will it now also bankroll the genocidal Israelite Zionists? At what cost? Who will actually pay that bill, and how long before they realize that it is they who will pay and the size of that bill?
Depleted Armories
While funding the war versus Russia in Ukraine, the US has been supplying the majority of Ukraine's munitions. The US corporate media have begun to admit both that US weapons stockpiles are dangerously low and that its Military Industrial Complex is nowhere near capable of supplying Ukraine. This truth has been known to independent media for close to a year.
An escalating war in southwest Asia would continue to drain already depleted US armories. Its navy's Operation Prosperity Guardian was defeated by Ansar Allah. It is having trouble even supplying oil to its fleet.
Although the US was forewarned and approving of Israel’s invasion, some elements of the the regime are unhappy with the Zionists’ “nihilistic regional murder spree”. While the latest IOF propaganda described the invasion as “limited” another US official noted:
Everyone who says it’s going to be ‘limited’ is a white man who thinks a million dead brown people is ‘limited.'”
Full Steam Ahead!
The longer the IOF maintains its invasion of Lebanon the worse the deterioration of its economy will be. Just as Hamas has won its fight with Israel by surviving, the same will be true for Hezbollah. Indeed, their strategic move is to allow the IOF further into Lebanon, onto their territory, and to carefully engage them in the war of attrition which Nasrallah planned. Victory for Hezbollah will be achieved by prolonging the engagement until the genocidal Zionists slink away, their economy even futher weakened. Sadly for the Lebanese, thousands are likely to die to US bombs delivered by the criminal IOF. The world will be watching this in horror, unable to ignore who is still arming the genocidal Zionists.
Western media pundits will be crying for Iran to commit a dramatic blunder by involving itself directly in the latest Zionist Israelite invasion of Lebanon. Why would Iran heed the ill-informed pleading of Western idiots? Why, even, would Hezbollah want Iran’s direct involvement? The Zionists have come to Lebanon’s ground.
Hezbollah will defend their land and people against the genocidal maniacs.
I would pity the Zionists, but for the genocide and terrorism they have commited these last 75 years. The most intelligent move for each member of the IOF is to leave Israel. But, they wont. They are ethno-supremacists, just like the Ukrainian Nazis. They are another ideologically blinded, US proxy funding its war industry. Good riddence to both of them.
