Introduction
Tuesday, 11th: US President Trump announced that he and Russian Federation President Putin had agreed during a phone call to establish a negotiation process to end the war in Ukraine.
Wednesday, 12th: At the now UK run “Ukraine Defense Contact Group” meeting at NATO in Brussels, US Defense Secretary Hegseth announced that to achieve a settlement some of Russia's demands are unavoidable, namely Ukrainian neutrality and recognition of the former Ukrainian oblasts' referenda to join the Russian Federation.
Thursday, 13th: A military drone and a launch site are selected.
Friday, 14th: At 01:50 EET, a high-explosive laden drone detonated on the outer shell of the decommissioned, reinforced Chernobyl nuclear facility. US Vice-President Vance asked European political leaders at the Munich Security Conference to define what it is their security demands defend against the backdrop of political and religious repression he listed in Europe. EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas immediately called for an emergency meeting of member states' foreign ministers.
Saturday, 15th: French President Macron convened an emergency summit for European political leaders, inviting at least Germany, UK, Italy, Poland and Denmark.
Baseless accusations of nuclear terrorism were issued by Western media at Russia from the mouth of expired Ukrianian President Zelensky while US Vice-President Vance was addressing Eurocrat warmongers at the Munich Security Conference.
Nuclear Terrorism
"Dirty bomb" nuclear terrorism has stalked the Western narrative on the NATO war for "weakening Russia" in Ukraine ever since the Armed Forces of the Russia Federation (AFRF) captured the operational, largest Nuclear Power Plant in Europe at Zaporozhye (ZNPP) on 2022-03-03.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have attacked the ZNPP with artillery and drones and attempted at least one large, failed military operation to capture it. The Russian Federation has repeatedly invited the UN's International Atomic Energy Agency to inspect the facility, to assess the effectiveness of its nuclear containment, and thus allow the monitoring agency to publish its findings. Russia's motives for capturing the facility included ensuring that it would not be used for or become a nuclear radiation disaster zone, as the surrounds of the Soviet Chernobyl plant became on 1986-04-26.

While Western media fueled the baseless narrative of "Russian Drone Hits Chernobyl”, non-government funded media were quick to note both the lack of any evidence to identify which group had launched the attack, that Ukraine was the issuer of the accusation and that it stood to benefit from the attack rather than the party accused.
why would Russia at this very moment while Trump and Putin are trying to line up peace talks launch a high-explosive drone at the Chernobyl Nuclear Power Plant?

Kremlin spokesman Peskov reminded everyone that the AFRF does not attack nuclear facilities:
The Russian military does not target nuclear infrastructure, including what remains on the site of the destroyed Chernobyl power plant

Those whose memories extend back to August will recall the capture of the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant as a key objective speculated for Ukraine’s failed invasion of Russia.
The conclusion of who didn't conduct the attack on Chernobyl was obvious, but the baseless narrative was too important for some not to push:

The Hook and the Upper Cut
The nuclear terrorism narrative fueled by the almost certainly Ukrainian military intelligence coordinated and Western intelligence agencies (CI-6) approved attack on Chernobyl was justifiably eclipsed in news media by the second part of the Trump administration's one-two punch into the warmongering European elites.
Punch one, by Hegseth on the 12th, was not just the inclusion to two Russian foundational terms for peace. His carefully worded, and thus White House approved, speech included the terrifying phrase of "a realistic assessment of the battlefield". This is not frightening to senior European military leaders who are not misled by the continuously skewed misrepresentation of the conflict fed to the populations of Europe and the US. The political leaders, who rely on the lies to hoodwink their populations, were aghast in horror. Hegseth’s hook to the ear knocked them off balance.
Vance's upper cut on the 14th left them starry eyed, groping for the ropes of emergency meetings. German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius used the cancel-culture side of the misinformation industry to deny the US Vice-President his voice. It was emblematic of both how lost the European political elites found themselves, and the exact rot which Vance had criticized:
If I understood him correctly he is comparing parts of Europe with authoritarian regimes. This is not acceptable.
Yes, Pistorius, you heard right.
As one reads Vance's transcript, his list of European repressions of free speech, religion and an election, it dawns on one that all of these have occurred repeatedly and egregiously in one European nation, Ukraine. With this recognition, Vance's warnings of the "enemy within" take on a new meaning.
The implied, reflected observation is his speech is its hallmark, its place in history. Pistorius’ reflexive reaction to it, to cancel it, will put it there.

Ukraine is not the only one attacking democracy and free speech. The Trump-Vance regime is doing exactly the same. And as Chris Hedges point out today, Trump and the oligarchy backing him are building a dictatorship of almost unimaginable horror.
As for what you call European "leaders" (Kallas, etc - these are basically CIA assets) and as you noted, what Scott Ritter called out as afalse flag attack as approved by the same "handlers".
But no one in Europe seems to understand the gravity of the situation: what purport to be "leaders" in Europe are a set of tools left behind by the Biden admin, that are so vile, that they gradly participate in an attempted crime against humanity - nuclear poisoning across the entire Europe - that would make Hilter's staged attack on the reichstag seem quait in comparison.
While Trump/Vance/Musk/Thiel are about to insert a new set of US-controlled tool in Europe.
Problem is the new set of tools will be just like Zelensky: lying bags of excrement, except now controlled by a different faction of the US oligarchy. Only God knows how much lower THEY they will sink to.
