According to your own words introducing this article you just like I know Sweet Fuck All about West Africa and Niger in particular, so neither of us can judge the accuracy of the CIA's summery for Niger in particular, however I do know a thing or 200 in general about the CIA's consistency as a manipulative liar as they mingle their corrupting noses in world affairs, so I will not take your word for them suddenly being an unbecomingly trustworthy source of information, perhaps if you had a lifetime of first-hand experience living in Niger while not being a CIA agent or otherwise involved I would be slightly more inclined to consider the CIA is this time acting completely out of character for unknown reasons, but I would still not believe that to be true before I would know those reasons, after having also researched through a long list of other trustworthy cross-references that confirm their take on WTF is going on in Niger.
